1.  J.K. Rowling manually typed out each copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone that she sent to publishers? After being rejected dozens of times, a CEO’s daughter fell in love with the story and J.K. Rowling’s publishing dreams came true.
2. Jim Carrey mailed his resume to The Carroll Burnett Show at age ten and bombed his first onstage comedy routine at fifteen? He then quit school and moved to LA where he wrote himself a $10 million check for acting and dated it Thanksgiving of 1995, coincidentally nearly setting the date for when his acting dream actually came true in Dumb and Dumber.
3. Colonel (Harland) Sanders perfected his fried chicken recipe following the Great Depression? But, when the interstate changed routes, Sanders had to close his business. He traveled the country soliciting his recipe in exchange for a nickel per piece of chicken sold. He was rejected more than 1,000 times before his first business partner finally made his dream come true.

Wolfe Stew Connects

Wolfe Stew is a dream come true. Nine years before launch, we started dreaming about a way to help over-worked, over-stressed teachers find JOY and hope in their daily endeavors. Originally, we thought it would be by offering resources, but, like a stew, it keeps adding depth and breadth as we continue stewing. Each time we post, connect with one of you, or work at maintenance and promotion, we continue walking in our dream.

Making your dreams come true takes faith, there’s no doubt about it. Whether it’s faith in yourself, faith in God, faith in others, or all of the above, to make your dreams come true you must step out in faith and FIGHT to keep it. We love this quote by Oswald Chambers, and hope it speaks to you too.
