July 2024 | Calendars

Freedom! That's July in one word. We celebrate our independence this month, and we do it in many ways: cookouts, camping, music, and fireworks. It's a month that reminds us to celebrate what brings us together instead of fixating on what tears us apart. So while we celebrate our freedoms to govern how we want to govern, say what we want to say, and believe what we want to believe, remember that just because we can, doesn't mean we should:

I have the freedom to do anything, but not everything is helpful. I Corinthians 6:12 CEB

I must check my thoughts, words, decisions, and habits for helpfulness. Am I helping or hurting myself? Am I adding value to others? 

This July, I'm homing in on celebrating freedom by saying what I want to say. I want to communicate in helpful, encouraging, and true ways. My action plan is to listen more and speak less so that when I open my mouth, intentional words of worth come out. Pray for me, would you? I know I'll need it.

July 2024 Growth for Today Calendar

Join us as we study Isaiah in a year! This is our first in-depth study of Isaiah, and we claim no expertise. Come sit alongside us as we all learn at the feet of Jesus!

In July, we will study chapters 35-39, continuing our pace of a little over one chapter a week. We will post our Wolfe Notes weekly as a glimpse into our growth journey or as an opportunity to "catch up" on any days missed.

These blank calendars are yours to use as you please: for planning, scheduling, goal-tracking, or our monthly challenge (see below). You have your choice of monthly Bible verses or inspirational quotes. 

July 2024's challenge: Record a phrase, spoken by or to you, that stuck with you each day. At month's end, notice how many were positive and how many were negative.

Proverbs 31: Week 14 | The Wolfe Notes

Welcome to week 14 of our Proverbs 31 journey! This week we research seeking, working, and write our own interpretations.   B is for Blue Jay was filmed near our house in Loveland, Colorado. This blue jay was very friendly and was interested in us. I love seeing blue jays in our town, they are a beautiful bird.
